the location is great. it was easy for me to find the hotel. i was very close to many sights, and . the breakfast was good and i did not need anything else.
the room i had was not good. it had a bad mold smell. the curtains had stains and i asked for extra pillows and blankets but they did not get it to me. the tv was also smaller than my ipad.

The air conditioning was not effective. I had to take cold showers before bed! The engineer said the air conditioning worked, but it did not cool the room. some staff was rude and disrespectful. I asked for a desk lamp to be replaced since it was broken, but it was not changed until the next day after I asked again. The staff member treated me like a homeless person!

the room was amazing i stayed in, it was very big with modern furniture. the service from the staff were attentive, everyone was very friendly. the location is great as it is opposite the state opera, also its a short walk to most sights.
the desk lamp in my room did not work and it took a while for it to be replaced even after i asked a couple times.
